Do you have Sciatic Pain?

The best way to understand my client’s pain is to live with it understanding its symptoms is to reduce it forever. It is very rare that I can not understand why my body is not optimal and what I must do to fix it. I do it myself. I have many clients who come to me to solve sciatic problems. They are very bad and I help them well. A few weeks ago, I had to drive for over 15 hours and rest in my car for a few hours. The next morning, I could not walk. All my right leg was swollen with my calf very hot and rigid to the touch, my ankle and foot very red, the veins swollen like I have never seen before. During the day, I move a little better, but symptoms persists. It makes it impossible to sit down without having a terrible pain on the whole leg. Standing up is not pleasant. I begin to wonder if I do not have a blood clot in my calf, so I take more care in thinking about it. I am beginning to understand that I have inherited sciatic nerve compression from my driving position for 15 hours. Based on this information, I work on myself and reduce the symptoms to about 80%. Nevertheless, I feel that my pelvis is off and my calf still hot to the touch. This is where I use the help of acupuncture and chiropractic for a total result. However, I remain cautious about how to sit down and continue doing ground exercises to maintain this condition. Now I can totaly related with my clients with this kind od issue.
